At AetherFlow, we're committed to delivering high-efficiency cooling solutions that don't just work well, but respect our planet's future. By engaging our services, you're agreeing to the parameters of our standard maintenance, installation, and repair protocols.
2. Booking & Cancellations
We value your time. Do you have a specific window in mind for your HVAC service? Our engineers work within 2-hour arrival windows to ensure precision.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may incur a standard call-out fee.
- Emergency repairs are subject to separate premium rates which will be quoted prior to dispatch.
3. Warranty & Liability
Our installations come with a comprehensive 12-month workmanship guarantee. It's simple: if we didn't do it right the first time, we'll fix it without a fuss. However, we can't be held responsible for system failures caused by third-party modifications or a lack of routine filter maintenance.
